After assessing and repairing the past web partners work, HOUSE was engaged in developing a robust backend that enabled dealers/distributors the ability to streamline and automate product and parts support. Tying into the client’s existing database and ordering system, HOUSE updated the entire site dynamics, which then eliminated support errors, cut turnaround time down by 75% and integrated a number of new end user and dealer support features.
