This is a high-pressure role, with lots to do, tons of data, deadlines and dates to keep track of, coordinating with partner companies, suppliers, contractors, freelancers and the highest maintenance role of all, ensuring I stay “on track.” The industry is about deadlines and lives by them at all costs...

Skills: Efficient in all MS Office or Google Documents, including Excel (Sheets), Word (Docs), PowerPoint (Slides), while working in our CRM called Zoho. We also use a Project Management space called Monday.com, where we manage all project details, timelines, task distribution, and references. Aside from the aforementioned digital spaces, you’ll work in, strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Dedicated?: Need to be, this industry is not always 9-5 (if you clock out mentally at 4:59, this is not for you). Our industry is largely dedicated to delivering on deadlines...

Remuneration (s): There will be a base salary or hourly rate offered, additional rev. Based on a bonus structure and project-by-project basis, past a 3month trial and applicable as a bonus, e.g. offered to a top performer only, not an obligation based on time spent with the company.

CREATIVE / DESIGN________________________

Job Description: Our team is looking for the addition of an energetic, creative, self-motivated, self-disciplined addition to our studio team (s).

As the creative addition, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple design projects at any given time. From print design, posters, large format print, environmental graphics, web concept design and social media creative content design and organization. You must be fully adapted to the Adobe Suite environment or more specifically PS, AI, ID and XD in both design, layout and pre-production.

This is a FAST-paced deadline-centric environment. We work based on project due dates, not dates brought in. This means “all hands on deck” when tight timelines are provided and we deliver 24/7 if required.

Here is what you’ll be doing:
  1. Assistance in the conceptualization, development, design and setup of pre-production files
  2. Checking artwork supplied by client’s to ensure proper setup
  3. Working on our own promotions for the primary company as well as products, technology launches
  4. Building presentation assets both digitally and traditional print media (s)
  5. Working with clients and external or remote team members
  6. Managing juniors under you or being managed by project leads you’ve been assigned to
  7. Daily backups and data management
We need you to have:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in our industry
  2. Efficient and independent skills in Adobe PS, AI, ID & XD specifically, further knowledge of the Adobe platform would be beneficial but not mandatory at this time
  3. Very efficient organizational skills
  4. English well-spoken with the ability to write small creative posts, proof content & ensure communication is articulated clearly with text as much as it is with stunning visuals

PROJECT MANAGER________________________

HOUSE is looking to fill a position for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, suppliers, external partners or project team members.

Experience: a degree or equivalent experience, strong business acumen in project planning and management, strong verbal, written and organizational skills.

GENERAL LABOUR________________________

HOUSE is looking to fill multiple labour positions with the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with teams or independently on projects. This role initially requires a project by project commitment, which will convert over to a full-time role with the right candidates.

Responsibilities: Exposure and some experience in all MS Office or Google Documents, would be a welcomed set of skills to candidates. Great organizational skills a must, ability to take a de-brief, checklists, pull inventory, pack, prepare for shipping and project client ups. Our internal events vary from client to client and you’ll also find yourself, working offsite for event setups, takedowns, inventory offsite, and miscellaneous client support.
